Capital Projects PDF Print E-mail

Like every other homeowner, we must repair and maintain our buildings and grounds. We share with you here a photo gallery of several areas of concern and estimated costs to complete the repairs. The funds to pay for these capital projects will come largely from our Parish Projects offering envelopes, which are provided during the months of May through October. The continuing generosity of our parishioners -- particularly in our uncertain economic climate -- is greatly appreciated.

You will notice that masonry repair is a repeated theme across all of our buildings. This is a costly and pervasive consequence of our proximity to Touhy Avenue, a major east-west truck route across the city and suburbs. Building vibrations are a constant presence throughout the day, and the effect is akin to constant hammering on the mortar joints in our brickwork.

Please be patient while this page loads as there are many photographs.
