June Tuition
If you have not yet made your first tuition payment of the 2008/2009 school year please do so as soon as possible. Classroom assignments are being finalized and students whose June tuition is outstanding cannot be assigned to a classroom, which can impact teacher/student ratios.
If your family has a tuition balance outstanding from the prior school year and you have not yet made payment arrangements with Mrs. Barton, please contact her at kbarton[at]stjuliana[dot]org.
Tuition payments should be dropped off or mailed to the parish office at 7200 N. Osceola Avenue.

Summer Office Hours
The school office will be open to visitors on the following dates:
June 18 & 25: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
July: Closed for the month
August 6 & 13: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
The school office will resume normal hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) begininng Monday, August 18.
The office staff will be checking mail and voicemail on an occasional basis during the summer. Tuition payments should be directed to the parish business office at 7200 N. Osceola, directly across the street from the school's main entrance.

Student Medication
If your child has a medication at school, please stop by the school office to pick it up.

School Board
There will not be a school board meeting on Tuesday, June 10. The next school board meeting is scheduled for September 2, at 7:00 P.M. in the Parish Center.

Uniform Exchange
Our annual "Uniform Exchange" is scheduled for Monday, June 16, from 6:30-8:00 P.M. in the school hall. You may bring uniforms to exchange for other sizes; or you may purchase for a small fee, donated uniforms. Please call the school office with further questions or concerns.

Summer TRIP Information
TRIP certificates will be available during the summer, Monday - Friday mornings from 8:00 – 10:00 A.M. You can also drop orders in the mail slot at the Parish Business Office, 7200 N. Osceola any time. Orders can be picked up during regular Parish Business Office hours.

Report Cards
Report cards will be given to students who have met their financial obligations on Friday, June 6. Please be sure all tuition, late fees, library fines, etc. are paid in full.

Reminders
Room assignments will be posted on the school website Friday, August 22. “Get Acquainted” dates and times for 3 and 4-year-old preschool and kindergarten will be posted on the school website in early August.
If you ordered the School Box supply kits, you may pick them up on August 21 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. in the Rev. Donald Ahearn Activity Center.
Grades 1-8 will resume classes on Wednesday, August 27, from 8:15-11:30 A.M. The preschool and kindergarten will “Get Acquainted” on August 27 and 28. Three and four-year-old preschool begins on Tuesday, September 2; kindergarten begins on Friday, August 29. Extended Care and Preschool Day Care begin on Tuesday, June 2.

Tuition Statements
Color-keyed tuition statements will be sent home on Monday, June 2, reflecting payments received in the office as of Friday, May 30. Please refer to the following notes when reviewing your statement/s as not everyone will receive the same color or number of statements:
Green - Tuition Statement for 2008/2009
Families whose 2007/2008 tuition account is in good standing will receive a tuition statement for the June 2008 payment. Credits and small balances from the current year have been carried forward, denoted “Prior Year.” Payments may be delivered to the school office until Friday, June 13. After that date please direct tuition payments to the parish office at 7200 N. Osceola. The non-refundable June payment must be received by June 23 in order for your child to be placed in a classroom next year. Please contact Mrs. Barton as soon as possible to discuss alternatives if you will be unable to remit by that date.
Ivory - Credit Balance for 2007/2008
If your 2007/2008 tuition account ended the year with a credit balance, you will receive a final statement itemizing the credits and payments that were applied during the month of May. This courtesy statement is for your information only; the credit balance has been carried forward to your green statement as “CR Bal/Prior Year.”
Pink - Balance Due for 2007/2008
Families with a substantial outstanding tuition balance as of May 30 will receive this reminder statement. Please note that until your 2007/2008 balance is paid in full:
