Parents,
It is time to say Good Bye to all our special friends. Mrs.Mulroe and I would like to Thank You so much for all your help and opportunity to teach your child. It has been a wonderful school year and it's sad to see it end. We hope you have a safe and wonderful summer.

Reminders:
A few reminders: Beach Day is this Friday, May 30th. We are finishing up our unit on the ocean/beach. Your child may wear beach attire along with bringing a beach towel. For a special treat the children will have watermelon!

Our end of the year celebration is Wednesday, June 4th. This is our last day of preschool. Please have your child arrive to school at the normal time wearing their t-shirt they made. We will gather in the school gym for the performance. Before the celebration please take your assigned food item downstairs to the social center. After the celebration you and your child can enjoy the rest of the day together!

We would like the children to bring a "Show and Tell" of an item that starts with teir favorite letter! For example: "B" for ball for the Letter Person "B"-he has beautiful buttons. Show and Tell will be on Friday,May 23rd. Thank you!

Tomorrow is our field trip to the Children's Kohl's Museum. Please have your child arrive to school at the normal time and pick up will be at 12:00 at the Osceola doors. Preschool has field trip t-shirts that will be passed out tomorrow. The children will wear the t-shirts over there clothes. They are bright colored and have the school address and phone number on the shirts. Thank you for your cooperation.

Happy Birthday Mother Goose! We honored the “Mother of Rhyme” by making “Hickory Dickory Dock”, “Humpty Dumpty”, “Cow Jump Over the Moon”, and “Little Bo Peep class books.We sang and danced to some great nursery rhymes.

We will be acting out the “Three Little Pigs”. Next week so don’t forget to ask your child which part they played. We will be reading the story “If You Give a Pig a Pancake” by Laura Numberoff.We will also make a class book to go a long with this story.

We would like to invite all our moms to visit our
classroom on Friday May 9th as the children will be singing a few songs in honor of Mother’s Day. This will
only take about ten minutes. Please come at regular class time.

The children made dirt cups on Friday, to go along with Earth Day! They are excellent cooks!

This week the children celebrated Earth Day by decorating cupcakes and cleaning up the Earth!
