In the Parish Office. Call the office at 773-631-4127 for an appointment. Shots are free for Medicare Part B recipients. High-dose shots can be available, but you must let us know when you RSVP. The cost
is $25 without Medicare. Please make checks payable to Ascension Resurrection. If you are
homebound, call the office for an appointment.
