Saint Juliana All School Service Project
One of our school families has been involved in “Timothy’s Ministry" for many years, and we, as a school, would like to help this organization as a school service project.
“Timothy’s Ministry” - LOVING AND HELPING PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH HOMELESSNESS
We gather in Chicago at Tim's House for hot meals, Bible Studies, clothing, and more during the week. Every 4 weeks on Sundays we gather for a huge potluck luncheon, Worship Service, and Clothing Table. Thanks to your generous donations, we are able to provide 600+ meals each month as well as 200+ bags of clothing/blankets, bus cards, food gift cards, housing assistance, and financial assistance. Everyone especially looks forward to our time together when we open the Bible, pray, and share, because it is a wonderful family fellowship where we experience the love and presence of God together. We are so grateful for your help because Timothy's Ministry is fully supported by donations from family, friends, and new friends.
We have obtained a list of items that are needed at this time, and we are asking our students/families to make a donation from this list if possible. Students may bring items to their homeroom from April 15 - 19. If your child brings in items that are heavy or bulky, we will also have a box in the foyer of Door 1 ( Main Entrance). Thank you, your generosity, support, and kindness are greatly appreciated.
