St. Juliana School Board
- 7200 N Osceola Ave
Mission: The school board is by nature advisory and agrees to operate following the policies and procedures set forth in the Leadership Manual for School Advisory Boards. It is accountable to the pastor and to the principal in its operation. Members agree to use their talents, gifts and insights for the common good of the community to promote the mission and goals of Catholic education. They will defer their personal agendas in order to discern with other members the issues, concerns and challenges they face in meeting the educational and spiritual needs of the students. Not only will they take seriously their role as advisors to the pastor and principal, but they will also accept the conditions of membership on the school board, namely, the Code of Ethics, which describes the parameters of their collaboration and responsibility. Parents or guardians of children enrolled in St. Juliana School or registered parishioners at least 21 years of age who are voted into office; full and/or part-time employees of the school or parish and their immediate families are not eligible; no more than one person from an immediate family is eligible to serve at any given time.
