Miscellaneous Information

The Cub Scouts have been an important and active part of St. Juliana for more than 65 years. As Scouts boys build character through age-appropriate activities based on 12 values: citizenship, compassion, cooperation, courage, faith, health, fitness, honesty, perseverance, positive attitude, resourcefulness, respect and responsibility. Key activities include:

  • Monthly den meetings (dens are divided by grade level
  • Monthly pack meeting (all members meet for a themed/fun activity)
  • Scout Mass (usually the third Sunday of the month)
  • Pack outing (organized outing for the entire family of scouts, usually once a month and subsidized by the Cub Scout Organization)

Meetings: 2–3 times/month and one scout Mass (times vary for each level)

Participation: Open to boys in grades 1–5. Parents/guardians
