On October 31, the Illinois State Senate narrowly passed SB 1950 to legalize assisted suicide in Illinois. The State House narrowly passed the bill in the spring. The bill is now on Governor Prtizker’s desk. Please see bulletin from the Catholic Conference of Illinois to contact the Governor’s office and request that he veto SB 1950.
