Mothers' Club Hot Lunch
Our final Mothers' Club Hot Lunch order form is now LIVE and will close by Midnight on Tuesday, March 5th! Please complete one Jotform per student and be sure to head over to Give Central to submit payment immediately after completing the form.
A few notes to keep in mind!
- Please be sure to complete the entire form, and then hit submit. If you aren't redirected to Give Central for payment and/or receive an email confirmation, your order has not been counted.
- When submitting payment in Give Central, please include the Jotform order number. Many of the Give Central user names don't match back to the emails used for the Jotform, so including the order number is the easiest way for us to assure correct payment/order pairings.
- Please double check that you are accurately selecting the correct teacher for the student you are completing the Jotform for! This links directly to our order lists so if the wrong teacher is selected, the order information is sent to the wrong room
- CHANGE: Due to days off in April, April's hot lunch date will be on a Thursday, instead of the typical Friday!
- 4/25 is also a $1 out of uniform day and you can pay in advance for your student to come out of uniform for the day.
- Any round up donations give back to Mother's Club and directly help with supporting school initiatives, events, etc- we appreciate it!
