Mothers' Club

The Saint Juliana Mothers’ Club is a social organization focused on fostering friendships amongst fellow Saint Juliana Parish’s moms while fundraising to benefit our school community. You can play an even more active role in your child’s education through various volunteer opportunities to support the events and programs that we run throughout the school year!

An executive board and event chairpersons manage Mothers’ Club. We hold monthly member meetings, each hosted by moms from different grades. Along with a business report from the executive board, we enjoy a night of social interaction, food, and beverages. Members receive a spirit wear pass for each of your children for the meetings you attend.

The Saint Juliana School Mothers’ Club is open to all women of our parish. To be a member in good standing and receive member benefits, you must complete an enrollment form and pay the annual dues by December 1st of the current school year. Complete your enrollment at http://givecentral.org/mc or in person at a monthly member meeting. The monthly meeting schedule is distributed at the start of the school year.

Updates from Mothers’ Club are communicated via our blog, Facebook (https://facebook.com/SJSMothersClub), emails to all parents listed in DirectorySpot, and via direct email communications to current Mothers’ Club members.

If you have any questions regarding Mothers’ Club or how to get involved, you can reach the current board at [email protected].

Below is a brief description of some of our many programs:

Teachers’ School Supply Stipend: Each teacher may submit up to $200 in receipts for reimbursement of school supplies of their choice.

Teacher Appreciation Luncheon(s): Lunch is provided for our teachers by Mothers’ Club during special events or celebrations, such parent/teacher conferences and Catholic Schools Week.

Mothers’ Club Hot Lunch: Mothers' Club hosts a monthly hot lunch where we bring in outside vendors. Order forms and payment instructions are sent home the first week of school. We need volunteers for every lunch.

Birthday Grams: Make your child feel extra special on their birthday (or 1/2 birthday) by sending a Birthday Gram! For $10 your child will receive an out-of-uniform pass, candy, and a card.

Flocks: Celebrating a birthday or special occasion? Do you just want to make someone laugh? For $25 flock your friend's yard with the gift of green St. Juliana flamingos!

Big Night Out: Leave the kids at home and come to the gym with your cooler stocked with your drink of choice to have a fun night out with fellow SJS parents. This is Mothers' Club's biggest event of the year; you don't want to miss it!

Restaurant Give Back Nights: Skip cooking and join fellow SJS families for a night out to eat! The restaurants who participate donate a percentage of sales back to the school.

Uniform Exchanges: Swap gently used items or bring cash to purchase new-to-you pieces. Typically held in August, October, and April as seasons change.
