Religious Education

Our RE program includes faith formation for children in first through seventh/eighth grades. Students receive First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion in the spring of the second year. Confirmation is received in the spring of seventh year, year after a two-year preparation attending RE classes.
 
Please register early as classes need to be formed and catechists put in place. Registration will close on September 1st.

Description: The St Juliana Religious Education Program offers catholic religious education for children in grades 1-7 who do not attend a Catholic school. The program prepares children for the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion in second grade. Confirmation preparation is a two-year program beginning in sixth grade, with the student receiving the sacrament of Confirmation in the spring of seventh grade. Children and families should commit to religious education from first through seventh grades. Each year Religious Ed classes meet on Wednesdays in  September through May from 6:15-7:30pm in the Saint Juliana School. Registration is online and open from May through August.

Saint Juliana Religious Education Program

Religious Education Classes are open to families with students in grades first through seventh who attend a public or non-Catholic private school or are home-schooled.

Instruction in the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion (second grade) and Confirmation (seventh grade) is provided.

Please note that sacrament preparation is a process and attendance for second grade of RE/CCD is required to receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion in second grade, and attendance for both sixth and seventh grade is required to receive the sacrament of Confirmation. If you have a child older than 2nd grade who has not received First Communion, please contact Mary Petrash.

Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:30pm.

Religious Education (RE) Tuition and Fees · 2022-2023

Registered Parishioners:

  • $250 for one child
  • $350 for two children (siblings)
  • $450 for three or more children (siblings)
  • First Communion and Confirmation fees additional
