Tuition and Fees

There is no cost to apply for admission to Saint Juliana School. Upon acceptance, there is a one-time admission fee of $200 per student. Enrollment is not confirmed until the FACTS family profile has been activated and the admission fee paid. Please note that the admission fee is non-refundable in any circumstance.

Tuition rates are charged on annual basis and are all-inclusive; there are no recurring or annual fees for registration, instructional programs, supplies or technology. The first payment (equivalent to one-tenth of the applicable annual tuition rate) is due in June and is non-refundable for any reason. Tuition charges for mid-year enrollment, departure or session change will be prorated based on a per-diem of the annual rate. Sacrament fees apply in second (First Communion) and seventh (Confirmation) grades and students in eighth grade enjoy several extracurricular excursions and events which require participation fees.

Tuition billing and payments are handled exclusively and securely by FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS registration is free* and is required of all families even if tuition is paid in fuil in advance. Families may view charges and transact payments 24/7 on FACTS' mobile-friendly website, or by calling their customer service department at 866.441.4637. Agents are available 24/7 and multiple languages are supported.

*Families who confirm a FACTS tuition and enrollment agreement, withdraw entirely from St. Juliana School and then later re-enroll for the same school year will be assessed a $40 FACTS reinstatement fee.

Delinquent Tuition

A balanced budget is necessary to effectively run our school and timely receipt of tuition payments is critical to meeting cash flow projections. Collection activity on past-due tuition will originate with FACTS Tuition Management, including emails, phone calls and mail notifications.

We understand that financial hardships may occur and in such cases a temporary modified payment plan may be requested. At our discretion, a family may be required to complete a FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment application in order for a modified payment plan to be considered and approved. Once the school receives a completed, verified FACTS assessment, a meeting with the family and school/parish administrators will be scheduled to review the tuition status, FACTS analysis, and any extenuating circumstances, with the goal of establishing a mutually-agreed modified payment plan designed to bring the tuition account current.

Tuition accounts/modified payment arrangements must be in good standing at the end of each trimester in order for students to be admitted for the following trimester. A family who remains severely past-due, does not complete the FACTS Grant & Aid assessment application and attend the follow-up meeting, and/or is not meeting their modified payment plan commitment, will be asked to remove their child(ren) from Saint Juliana School.

Managing Tuition Costs

We recognize and appreciate the sacrifices that families make in order to provide a quality Catholic education for their children. An important and ongoing priority for us is identifying and securing additional sources of revenue that help us keep tuition costs as manageable as possible. Some programs are for the greater good, meaning their income helps reduce our overall expense burden and accordingly, tuition. Other programs allow participating families to earn credits that directly reduce their own tuition billing:

  • Commission and rebate programs such as Amazon Smile, Box Tops for Education, paper and ink cartridge recycling for the greater good.
  • TRIP is a win-win program for everyone as every purchase directly benefits the participating family and earns greater-good dollars for the school at the same time
  • Lunch aide shifts enable families to directly reduce their individual tuition payments; contact the school office for more information.

Tuition Reduction Incentive Program (TRIP)

For more than 30 years the very popular TRIP program has enabled families to earn direct tuition credits through their everyday purchases of groceries, gas and more. We offer weekly orders as well as cash-and-carry for the most popular certificates, such as Jewel, Happy Foods, Home Depot, Starbucks, Kohl's, and more.

Convenient automatic withdrawals through AutoTRIP can assure you're never without TRIP certificates for those necessities. Instant ScripNow! and reloadable cards through shopwithscrip.com make this program more convenient than ever. With TRIP, every family can be earning hundreds of dollars in tuition credits every year without spending an extra penny!

Commission Programs

Other outside sources of income for our school that do not require or involve direct donations include the following organizations; all donations received from these and similar programs are directed to our School Support Fund, which helps reduce the tuition cost for all families:

Employer Matching Gift Programs

Many of our parents participate in matching gift programs through their employers; some corporations match as generously as 3-to-1! Please check with your employer; questions and paperwork can be directed to Mr Ray Balcarcel.

Employer Dependent Care Accounts

Tuition for preschool and prekindergarten, as well as extended care fees are generally covered expenses under pre-tax flexible spending/dependent care accounts. FACTS provides family reports designed to provide the necessary information to claim these covered expenses from your plan. Please consult the terms of your employer's plan for specifics and contact FACTS or let us know if you need additional documentation.

General Donations

Is your employer changing its address or phone? Abandoning a marketing program? Upgrading furnishings or equipment? Consider asking for the still-usable materials often rendered obsolete by such situations, such as outdated letterhead (we print on the reverse) and envelopes; filing cabinets, office desks and conference tables, etc. Outdated computer and peripheral hardware is generally unsuitable for our needs, but we welcome inquiries; contact Mr. Ray Balcarcel.
